1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be announced separately.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if applicable).

7. Free Shipping Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
